Duck Confit Flatbread
Recipe inspired by Chef Max Ackerman
Serves 1-2
ACTIVE TIME 10 minutes
TOTAL Time 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 naan or lavash, store-bought or homemade
- Plum sauce, store-bought or homemade
- Duck confit, store-bought or homemade
- Emmenthal or other Swiss cheese
- Caramelized onion jam or chopped fresh green onions
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- On flatbread, evenly spread plum sauce to cover, leaving a border.
- Add duck confit. The more the better, in our opinion.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread begins to brown. Remove from oven.
- Top with onion jam or fresh green onions. Slice and serve.
