Membership Terms

  • A rotating seasonal selection of Fifth Moon & Hundred Knot wines
  • Shipments 4 times per year (February, May, August & November)
  • Members may customize all wines in their shipment while the customization window is open (one week prior to billing). You will be notified when the window is open.
  • 10% off all wine purchases for 3-bottle members; 15% off all wine purchases for 6-bottle members
  • Monthly complimentary tastings by reservation for up to 4 people at our Napa Valley tasting room (not valid on Fifth Moon Food & Wine Pairing or Chocolate & Wine Pairing Experiences or large group experiences)

  • Members must be at least 21 years of age
  • Upon sign-up, new members are charged for and receive the current community wines unless otherwise noted.

Gift Memberships

  • Gift memberships last for one year. At the end of a year, the membership will end. If the recipient wishes to continue their membership, they can contact the winery to have their membership transferred to their billing account. If the gift giver wishes to renew the membership for another year, they can contact the winery to do so.


  • Members will be billed automatically for each shipment (taxes and shipping charges apply)
  • Local members who do not pick up their wines within 30 days of billing will be shipped their wines at their expense
  • Members may skip a shipment once per year and retain their benefits
  • 6-bottle members may downgrade to the 3-bottle club once per year.
  • Changes to billing information may be made by logging into the member account and selecting “Club List”, then “Edit Club”.


  • Members may upgrade to expedited shipping for a season’s shipment, prior to billing, by contacting the winery.
  • Someone 21 years or old must sign for the wine upon delivery.
  • The winery is not responsible for wine that goes undelivered.
  • Members may change their shipping address by logging into their account, selecting “Club List”, “Edit Club”, then making the necessary changes.


  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to
  • Early cancellation, prior to receiving and paying for 4 shipments, will result in a fee to cover membership discounts received, including waived tastings and bottle discounts.
  • Members may put their membership on hold for up to one year.
  • Members must maintain an updated credit card with us during the hold period. If an expiring credit card is not promptly updated during the hold, the membership will be canceled and an early cancellation fee will be charged.
  • In the event that a member does not provide updated credit card or shipping information prior to a club shipment, their membership will be paused until information can be updated. If a member does not respond after being contacted to update their billing and shipping information, their membership will be cancelled and, if applicable, the early cancellation fee will be applied.
