Honey Glaze Gochujang Korean Fried Chicken with Chenin Blanc

Serves 8 wings

Cook Time 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

      • 8 uncooked wings
      • 1 cup Honey Glaze Gochujang Sauce
      • 4 cups canola oil

PREPARATION

  1. Rub salt and pepper into wings.
  2. Toss wings in cornstarch.
  3. Deep fry in canola oil until golden brown.
  4. Cool off for 3 minutes and toss in honey glaze gochujang sauce
